All services come with a service record sheet. * Spare parts are rarely needed during a service, but sometimes spare parts and/or extra work may be required to make an appliance safe to use, if this happens any necessary work will be chargeable as an extra, however we will always ask for your consent before fitting parts or carrying out any extra work.
